Reconnect with your inner calm through a peaceful walk in nature and a calming yoga practice at BMO Atrium Space in one of Toronto’s most beautiful natural spaces, Evergreen Brick Works.
Attend just the walk, the yoga, or both—come as you are and enjoy the shared energy of our practice together!
*Free to join but registration is required to attend
Join us for a 45 minute mindful walk along the scenic trails at Evergreen Brick Works, followed by a 60 minute calming, yoga session held indoors in a serene historic space. This event is designed for everyone—whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years. The class will be gentle, supportive, and easy to follow, with options for all levels.

WHAT TO BRING:
Yoga mat, a water bottle, and comfortable shoes for the nature walk.
Yoga blocks and a light blanket for support or to cover up during Savasana are optional.
